04.22.2008 Pala Grand Opening

Aaron Fotheringham

Maybe the best cement park in Southern California opened yesterday in the city of Pala. Just in walking distance from the casino, the new park has something for everyone. Stu Graham, James Brockman, Shuriken Shannon, Marius Syvanen, Tom Remilard, and Cuong Lieng, and Aaron Fotheringham all headed to the park for the grand opening festivities. With bands playing in the outfield of the baseball field right next to the park, everyone had live music to listen to as the bowls and street course were annihilated. Check out the photos!

“Great stuff!”

— Barrie Ellis

“I would first like to say how much I enjoyed the humor in your strip. But the reason I am writing you is to offer you additional exposure on my comic strip site. This is a free site, and of course free exposure. Please feel free to take a look at the site and write me with any questions.”

“This is a great website. My daughter has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). She will never walk and I've been extremely devastated by the recent diagnosis. She will be 2 years old in July. This website actually made me smile. Thanks!”

— Ginger Akers

“Very inventive idea. I love to go through all cartoon while I'm sittin' in wheelchair. Your productivity is being spread out fast when I've told many of my wheeling friends in Thailand to visit your site. Yesterday I printed out some of them and gave them to my counterpart, an American lady from Invacare Inc. She bursted a big laugh and asked me for your website also. It's 1:00am. I'll feed you back later. Bye”

“I'm in a wheelchair, and I love your sense of humor. It's good not being the only one who can joke about it and have fun, so keep up the great work.”
